God is raising a generation of leaders who are able to establish His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. True leadership begins with self-leadership. The bible tells us that the heart is deceitful above all things. But God works with us to reconcile our hearts back to him and as leaders to reach out and do the same for others.

We believe that everything rises and falls on Leadership.  Our process involves engaging the leader in a spirit-led process designed to understand and refine the vision of the organization and then working with the team that supports him to personalize and internalize that vision and finally structuring the entire organization around the attainment of the vision.

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.Who can understand it? “I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.”

Jeremiah 17:7-10
